one. Entrepreneur Benefit Plan:

c. If the person who reaches the Platinum Manager level maintains the Platinum Manager level 5 times within a year, he/she will be promoted to the Platinum Director title and can benefit from the right to use a Fiat Egea or equivalent vehicle for 12 months.
d. If requested instead of the right to use the vehicle, he/she can benefit from a cash prize of 24,000TL (2,000TL per month).
e. He will not be able to earn 2.000 TL in the months he lost his title.
f. The title must be repeated 5 times retrospectively for 12 months. If not repeated, he will be demoted from the title of director.
g. In order to acquire and maintain the right to use the vehicle, the entrepreneur must meet the 15,000 TL Point requirement as soon as he reaches the Platinum Director level. The number of extra arms is counted towards the vehicle side difference.

9. Emerald Manager / Emerald Director Compensation Plan:

c. If the person who reaches the level of Diamond Manager maintains the level of Diamond Manager 5 times within 1 year, he will be promoted to the title of Diamond Director and can benefit from the right to use a BMW 3 series or an equivalent vehicle for 12 months.
d. If it is requested instead of the right to use the vehicle, it can benefit from a monetary reward of 48,000TL (4,000TL per month).

12. Premium Payment and Calculation Method:
a. Bonuses are calculated based on the levels in this Benefit Plan.
b. Premiums are paid according to the level owned in Farmasi at the time of order.
c. In order to qualify for the group bonus from the sub-team, an activity condition is required.
d. In order for the premium to be paid, the Entrepreneur must pay his invoices on time. If the entrepreneur has an overdue debt, the premium of that month is kept in the company and paid the next month.
e. Premium payments are deposited into the Entrepreneur's bank account on the 20th of each following month (on the next business day if it comes to the end of the week).
E.g Payments for January will be made on 20 February. If the 20th day coincides with public holidays and/or weekend holidays, it will be held on the first business day following.
f. All Premium calculations are calculated after deducting non-premium products and VAT. Premium payments will be deposited on your behalf by deducting income tax withholding (20%). Premium payments are calculated based on paid invoices and paid according to the marketing plan.
g. Bonus rule applicable to Entrepreneurs with the title of Director and 21% and above:
In your subgroup, no performance bonus is earned over an Entrepreneur who reaches your level. Instead, the leader training bonus right becomes active. If the Entrepreneur level in your subgroup over exit if performance premium right is done.
h. The difference between the sales price of the product sold and the catalog price of the entrepreneur is reflected to the entrepreneur account as a premium in the sales made by the entrepreneurs by directing them to the final consumer, Farmasi website, through their own links. Entrepreneurs who make a minimum purchase of 18.000 TL Points with your personal and/or group within a campaign month are included in the 21% premium group. 6000 points are required at all 21% Manager and higher levels.
The Entrepreneur who reaches the level of 21% for the first time is given the title of Manager. In order to fulfill the 6000 points requirement, excluding the 21 branches, the difference between the highest level and the highest level must be 6000 points. The base of the highest directly connected level is 15%. After subtracting the score of the highest (15%-18%) level from the total score, the remaining scores should form the difference of 6000 points.
b. 21% of our directors' sub-teams are excluded from the 6000 point requirement. After subtracting the points of the 21% directly connected levels in their sub-team from their total points, only one level with the highest direct (15%-18%) turnover in their team should be subtracted and the remaining difference should form the difference of 6000 points.
c.21% VIRTUAL Bonus Earnings: Virtual 21% premium calculation as of January 2019 Example: When Entrepreneur A cannot make 6000 on the virtual side, his level will be 21% virtual manager. If the person's side difference is 3200 points, then the level they deserve will be calculated out of 3200 points. 3200 points = 7% premium rate. In this case, 21% of the entrepreneurs who fall into a virtual situation can earn a premium of up to 11% according to their side score.
In the group bonus account, its own level - sub-team level will be calculated. If there are entrepreneurs in his sub-team at a premium rate of 11%, he will receive a bonus according to the level difference between them. For example, 21% virtual entrepreneurs with 5800 points will receive a bonus of 11%. He/she will earn a premium from his/her sub-team with 1000 TL points (11%-3% = 8%). 1000 TLP x 8% = 80 TL.
For 21% virtual entrepreneurs who are at 11% level, they will not be able to receive group bonuses from 11% or higher in their downline, and there will be no progress due to not fulfilling the leader training premium condition (6000 on the side).
D. Director working rule: Our Entrepreneurs who have reached the level of Director are prohibited from recommending their existing Farmasi Entrepreneurs to other direct sales companies and/or institutions containing the same products, naming them and making them members.
